My journey in the health and wellness industry began as a certified fitness instructor and personal trainer. During those years, I gained valuable knowledge about body biomechanics, mobility, nutrition, and the recovery process. But while I was helping others build strength and confidence, I was also struggling quietly with my own challenges—anxiety, stress, binge eating, restless nights, and constant inflammation in my body.
These struggles became a turning point that pushed me to explore deeper, more holistic ways of healing. Along the way, I discovered breathwork, medicinal herbs, walking meditation, and eventually Kahuna bodywork. Each of these practices brought me closer to balance, but it was Kahuna that truly transformed my life.
I trained in Kahuna bodywork and Lomi Lomi massage at Mette’s Institute in Kin Kin, where I became a certified practitioner. What I love most about Kahuna is its philosophy of working without intention. When I give a massage, I don’t look at the body with the mindset of fixing something or focusing only on one area. Instead, Kahuna embraces the body as a whole, allowing it to reconnect with its own natural intelligence. In this space, the body is free to release, rebalance, and heal in its own unique way.
On the massage table, I weave together Kahuna and Lomi Lomi techniques with carefully curated, soulful playlists designed to deepen the experience. My intention is always to create a safe and nurturing environment where clients can surrender, reconnect, and feel supported—whether they are seeking physical relief, emotional release, or simply time to restore and recharge.
I believe that pain, while often difficult, can also be a powerful catalyst for growth. It can guide us toward greater awareness, transformation, and a deeper understanding of ourselves. Through this work, I feel honored to hold space for others on their own journey of healing and self-discovery.
